Draft, pending legal review. This page summarizes how we work. It is not the contract. Every client gets a written service agreement before any work starts, and that agreement controls.
How we work
- Access: Manager access on Google, never your Google password. The client stays the owner, can remove us at any time, and we never lock them out or undo our work if they cancel. Other directories are handled with the client case by case.
- Client duties: handle verification steps, provide real photos and accurate information, and ask their own customers for reviews.
- Compliance: both sides follow Google’s guidelines: no fake, incentivized or filtered reviews and no keyword stuffing.
- No guarantee of results: Google, OpenAI and other platforms control rankings and AI answers. We commit to our deliverables, schedule and reporting, not to placements.
- Territory: one client per primary category per service area, as described on how it works; exact terms in the service agreement.
- Fees: the Fix-Up is a one-time fee due before work starts. Monthly Care is billed in advance, month to month, with no setup fee.
Cancellation, refunds and the rest
Cancellation notice, refunds, limits of liability and governing law will be set out in the written service agreement we send before any work starts. Ask us about cancellation and refunds before you buy. The answers will be written into your service agreement.
